Civil Project Engineer

Terrascape Consulting provides Civil Engineering, Entitlement, and Survey services to a diverse clientele in the land development private sector. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, Terrascape is currently seeking a full-time EIT or PE with 3-5 years of civil project experience to join our team.

In this role, you will collaborate within a team to support the design and permitting for various phases and types of land development projects, including commercial, residential, multi-family, mixed-use, industrial, and medical projects. Your responsibilities will include plan preparation using AutoCAD Civil 3D, involvement in all aspects of project design, interaction with regulating entities, and obtaining required project permits and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT registration or ability to obtain within 1 year on a PE professional track.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
• Experience in land development design, including grading and drainage, water, sewer, and paving plans
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey engineering information clearly and concisely
• Willingness to learn and grow
