The project is located at 1285 West Gila Bend Highway, strategically positioned to support efficient operations and accommodate future growth. Phase 1 of the project involved the development of an 89,500 square foot dairy processing plant, complete with onsite uncovered parking facilities. Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Phase 2 focused on expanding the site’s capabilities with the addition of a 9,960 square foot building designated to serve as a cooler for the plant. Additionally, Phase 2 included the implementation of a decomposed granite fire lane to enhance safety measures on the premises.
