Spanning approximately 2.26 acres, this HUD-funded project encompasses 157 units housed within 3 and 4-story apartment buildings. Situated on an entire city block at the northeast corner of Dakota Street and West Boston Street, the development features a parking garage and an internal amenity area within the structure. Additionally, off-site improvements were implemented on two of the four public streets surrounding the building, enhancing accessibility and functionality for residents and the community alike.
